Day 1: Arrival

Arrival in Dubrovnik, tour of the city, and check-in at a hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Baćina Lakes and the Neretva Delta

We leave Dubrovnik in the morning and drive over the Pelješac bridge to reach the Neretva Delta. We ride boats through the backwaters of the Neretva and pass through an ornithological reserve until we reach its delta into the sea. After a meal of local specialties in a tavern, we continue our journey to Baćina Lakes. E-bikes are waiting for us there, to ride them along the shores of the lakes to enjoy the scenery. After the tour, we will continue to the Makarska Riviera, located in the foothills of imposing Biokovo, and right next to the sea, where we check in at a hotel and spend the night.

Day 3: Blue and Red Lake / Lake Peruća and the source of the Cetina

In the morning we visit Imotski and two natural phenomena in the vicinity – Red and Blue Lakes. Blue Lake is a karst lake and it is considered one of the most beautiful lakes of its type, while Red Lake is much more mystical. Bordered by red rocks, this is one of the deepest lakes in Europe. The sharp rocks seem to want to defend its beauty from intruders, so unlike Blue Lake, you can’t swim in it or go down to its shore. We continue our journey through the Cetina krajina region to Lake Peruća, which was created in the 1950s by the construction of a hydroelectric dam. There we again ride bikes in the shadow of Dinara, the highest mountain peak in Croatia, to the magical source of the Cetina and further to Vrlika, where we will satisfy our palates with Vrlika culinary specialties. In the afternoon, we continue our journey via Svilaja to Vodice, where we will spend the night.

Day 4: NP Krka Waterfalls

Starting from Skradin towards Roski slap and Visovac Lake in Krka National Park is the second-largest lake in Dalmatia. There, we will visit the Franciscan monastery located on the island in the lake and learn about the rich history of this region. Return to Vodice , owernight.

Day 5: NP Krka Waterfalls

Today we´re visiting the Natur Park Lake Vrana, the largest freshwater lake in Croatia, which is separated from the sea by a narrow limestone ridge. Many endangered birds have found their refuge and winter there. We ride our e-bikes along the lake to Kamenjak peak, which offers a unique view not only of the lake but also of the surrounding islands and Kornati National Park. Overnight stay in a hotel in Zadar

Day 6: The Krupa river, Plitvice Lakes – Bike free day

Beneath the southern slopes of Velebit flows the Krupa river, which with its turquoise, blue, and dark blue colours, framed by wild greenery and sharp karst creates an impressive scene that we can enjoy walking along the coast from the Kuda bridge to the Krupa Monastery. We continue our journey to the Plitvice Lakes, where “pearls”, sixteen blue-green lakes, interconnected by cascades and sparkling waterfalls, are strung in the middle of the magical green of forests, meadows, and lawns. Owernight in the vicinity of the National park.

Day 7: Nicola Tesla Memorial Center

In the morning we arrive in Gospic and make a nice Bike ride along the Lika river and the woods of the Lika region to Smiljane, the birth place of Nikola Tesla, the great inventor. Here we visit the Memorial center and get informations about his life and inventations., After the ride we drive the highway alonge to Karlovac visit Aquatica, a freshwater aquarium located on the right bank of the Korana river. The exhibition display of the aquarium shows the flora and fauna of Croatian rivers, lakes, and their ecosystems, their geological past, the entire course of a karst river, from its source to the mouth, and its biodiversity. After visiting Karlovac, we will head to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, and in a pleasant walk we will get to know about its history and cultural and political significance.We end the day with the check-in at a hotel and dinner at a local restaurant, where we will enjoy a “gourmet tour” of Croatia and its various regions.

Day 8: Departure

Return home or opt for extending the stay.
